I have bought and leased several cars from several different companies, but never have I been treated like Mercedes-Benz of Bedford has treated me.

My dealer Keith stated on May 2, 2011 that he would waive the $595 re-stocking fee.

He has no memory of making that statement.

I have appealed to upper management (Sam Pickering) and he has not bothered to call me back to resolve this issue".

On August 5, 2011, I stopped by the dealership to resolve this issue and was lead to Jeremy Helline another manager/.

He proceeded to argue that nothing I said was true and did not bother to call a meeting with all parties involved to meet face to face!.

He simply called Sam on the phone to ask if he spoke to me about the issue,. Sam denied ever saying any of it:.

Manager Jeremy's parting words to me were "you do what you need to do";. He said that in response to my statement that this is not over|. I am filing a complaint'.
