I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the Huntington, NY Service Manager and General Manager. Their poorly trained technicians failed to identify a leaking valve gasket in mid 2007 when my car was under warranty and now, at the end of 2008, the leaking valve gasket had to be replaced and guess what... the warranty expired and I had to pay for nearly $450 for the labor. Prior to that I got ripped off being tires after I was told that the car was to dangerous to drive out of the dealership. So, instead of being competitively priced, they over charged me! 129f4c4
