Mercedes Benz Financial has provided the very worst customer service I have ever encountered! Its total lack of honesty, integrity, and professionalism is utterly shocking; especially for a company that has such premium image.

It all started with I purchasing the vehicle at the end of the lease. MB Financial is supposed to send some type of lien or title release so that my name alone will appear on the title.

However, MB Financial never sent the release and I cannot renew the registration under my own name.

I started contacting MB Financial at the end of July. The representative on the phone promised to send it. After a week, I received nothing and called again.

A different representative promised to send it. After another week, I received nothing and called again.

Yet a different representative said he would fax it right away. I waited a whole day and received nothing and called again.

A different representative said that he would send it to me by next-day mail. As you may have already guessed, nothing came.

I called again and talked to another representative and she told me what I needed was not lien or title release but form 262 and 227. But it was toward the end of work day and she would call me the next day.

Next day I received no phone call from MB Financial so I called the day after that. I tracked down the same representative and she apparently forgot all about my problem. She proceeded to tell me that to re-order the forms to be sent out, I would have to wait 15 days!

By this time I was just frustrated beyond belief and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. Of course, he was not in.

He called me a day or two after and promised he would take care of it and give me a call in 3 days.

On the third day, he did not call. The next day I called twice and left 2 messages. He did not call back.

The day after that I called and left message. He still did not call back! I am still waiting to get my title so I can renew my registration and drive the damned car!!

MB Financial has the very worst customer service with dishonest, lying employees and supervisors!

Mercedes Financial Services has the most unprofessional customer service. They are not knowledgeable and could care less if your problems are resolved.

There never seems to be a manager around and you never receive a call back. It is now 10 days and 10 phone calls later and

I am told now I need to send a letter and a check for $20 to get a lien release.

Same here, I paid off my car and was waiting for the title to be sent. I called them several times and every agent i talked to told me it will be sent out. Of course it never did.

I also had a problem with them. 2 years after I paid off the car.

Collection agency call to sell me my title. I called Mercedes Benz financial, after 3 hours on the phone with them they said "sorry we don't have any record" and keep send me back to the collection agency. I am going to file a complain again Mercedes Benz.

Never buy a Mercedes again. I am sure soon there will be a class action against them if that how they conduct business.

I have had a similar problem with these guys. They are as dishonest as the day is long.
