I have a 2014 C class and in Feb. 2018 the paint started looking like it has wax build up on it.

It lasted a few weeks and then faded as fast as it appeared. I took it to a detail shop , thinking it was wax build up and just needed to be buffed, but he said it was under the clear coat. After the haze disappeared, small paint bubbles stated appearing, on the trunk, the hood, and under the windows on the doors. Now the clear coat is peeling off of the hood.

I took the car to trade it in and on a different make and they said they could only give me 1/2 of what the car was worth, because it would have to be repainted.

When i contacted the dealership, they said that there had not been a recall on the paint, and that there was nothing they could/would do. will not buy another Mercedes!!!!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $10000.

Preferred solution: Repaint my car.

I didn't like: I was at the dealership 8 hours for an oil change.
