The 2020 GLC350e plug-in hybrid with 14,121 miles was burnt and totaled March 8, 2022. Although still under warranty, MBUSA LLC Sandy Springs GA's position repeatedly was that the cause of the fire is hot surface ignition and is not responsible for the outcome. I have only taken the care to Benz dealerships and have all the maintenance records to prove this. This position taken by MBUSA is callous and irresponsible. There is no offer of any compensation even though the car was still under warranty. It is typically a giant vs. goliath metaphor.

User's recommendation: Don't consider purchasing a 2020 GLC350e plug-in hybrid.

I am a working widow woman who went out to my 2015 Mercedes SUV and the fan was running. I could not start my car. I tryed calling the service department to see what I should do and left a message.

Called the service department and the 1 800 number and had to leave messages. No one returned my call. My car wasn't going anyway so the battery was disconnected so the fan would stop running. I also heard another noise from under the motor as well. Left the car over...

My new AMG GLB 35

I have owned many luxury vehicles in the past. My new 2021 blew a cylinder just after driving it several miles. I was told to come for a 10,000 check up & never told that there is a charge for this service. When picking up the car I was presented with a bill ?? I have never experienced this with any brand or dealer before.After a feedback - I never received a response. Very disappointed .

5 service call for same issue

I have 2018 GLS 450 less than 50,000 miles .. Garage kept . The sunroof exploded outward as it shattered into a million pieces. No other vehicles near by to sling rocks...no trees near by. Now with many class action lawsuits filed you would thing a recall would be in the works.. I just paid $1600 dollars to replace it. I have owned 5 Mercedes this will be the last.

Experienced same exact thing with my 2016 C300. Sunroof exploded out of nowhere and no impact from objects.

Had to fork out $1800 to replace at the MB dealership who refused to cover. Highly recommend everyone who has experienced this to report to NHTSA

Emission Mod

Recently had the Emission Mod Program performed on my 2015 ml250. I was told at the dealership that I needed to contact MBUSA to find out how I submit the invoice for the work to get the rebate offered for this service. I've been on hold at your 800 number for 10 minutes and it doesn't look like I am going to be able to speak with a real person. Can you help me with this?

Your complaint is with the company doing the work and not the car manufacturer. Even if it is the dealer it is a 3rd party company, You can call the manufacturer and see if they can put pressure on the dealer to fix what they broke.

Talk to the service manager first. If you get no response then call Mercedes. Do not open up with I am calling Mercedes. Open up trying to get the dealer to fix it.

If the negotiations fail then say you are going to call the manufacturer and complain about the dealership.

If they broke something that was not already broken they should pay for it. If they discovered something broken then you should pay for it.

Mercedes-Benz USA dishonesty concerning launching the C class 2022

The C Class 2022, has been delayed multiple times. USA MB has delayed launching since the end of 2021. At the same time other countries have specific launching dates. This is unfair as a consumer and obviously the USA MB is not passing regulatory measures. Im not sure if I want to purchase this car my friends feel the same way. There are multiple reasons for the low rating of Mercedes-Benz.

Upcharged 200K over MSRP

I was notified today that I would have to pay 200,000 USD over MSRP for a vehicle I ordered. Not acceptable by any means whatsoever. I would like to know Mercedes Corporate stance on letting their dealers charge clients of a 2+ decades a two hundred thousand over sticker? Is this how Mercedes wants to retain customers?

I simply want the truck I ordered and gave a down payment so when the G63 Squared would be available I could get mine. I will pay MSRP, but not one penny over and made this clear to the dealership when I picked up my 2021 G63.

Service people simple say send the vehicle we will check. They don't understand that I had to postpone my works or else I have to arrange any alternative.This is not acceptable from "Mercedes Benz"

Not resolving problem of my vehicle since one month. In display it shows battery issue check owners manual sent vehicle 24th February 2022 and 22nd March for same problem kept the vehicle for one week and returned with same issue. Fed-up with the excuses. Again asking me to send the vehicle to check.
